Ferry wants to sign some undrafted kids

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Like I said.

He was 19 and people expected Allen Iverson.

He had no chance to succeed, expectations and injuries, to knock him is laughable because he never had a chance to prove himself.

Everything you said is a farce, he was never healthy to play to his full capability.

I was a fan, he didnt have the best shot selection, but he certainly had talent and could have been a good player had he got the chance to develope.

To flat out say he "cant" do those things on your list, is complete bullshit honestly.

So you can take your caps and !s and take em to somebody who is dumb, im obviously not going for that crap.

Dont pass opinion for facts, that's all I ask. I can call a spaide a spaide and say he had his weaknesses, but again, dont say 'cant' because there is no way in hell you can prove that or even make a case for that matter.

He never had a chance, end at that.

why do you feel the need to get so defensive when someone doesn't agree with "THE MAC'S" opinion ? no one is attacking you- or your style of posting. i don't give a **** who you think you are, but for me that won't fly.

i suggest you pipedown son..

yeah i said he couldn't do that stuff, because he didn't do it..

IMO if he could, he would- if he showed other parts of his game that would have lead to better numbers, and thus THE BIGGER contract. so why didn't he ? he is either the worse businessman in the game- or he couldn't do it. PERIOD.

hurt or not- when he was on the court, other then his first 11 or 12 games, he did nothing..

so the hell with him...........

You should probably make that last time you ever call me son..

I dont care who agrees or disagrees with my opinion, I got upset over the simple fact that you tried to pass opinion as fact, and thats not going to fly.

He was 19 years old, he had a pretty good rookie year despite a late start, and a late injury.

What do you people expect from him? To come in right away and be a superstar?

Why doesnt Juanny get the chance to progress? Why didnt he have the chance to get past his rookie year and second year?

He was labled a bust because most people who dont like him became fans when Lebron became a Cavalier.

Dajuan got no grace period, every other rookie in the world gets time to develope, Wags got none.

For injury reasons, he was a bust. Its too bad, because he could really help this team with a scoring punch off the bench, but that phase of his career is over, it's now up to him to get his life straight and his body healthy to play ball.

But the bottom line still remains that he never had a chance to prove himself outside of his rookie year.

You dont drop 13 PPG and say he didnt have a good year except for "10 games" thats complete crap.

His second season was a diseaster, he was injured, didnt get very good minutes and his third year we all know what happened.

How was he supposed to get a big contract when hes played 80 some games in three years?

How ignorant is that? He has had knee problems and for a player that needs good knees, he is going to have a hard time earning a roster spot, and really, who knows if he is even in playing shape right now. We got no health updates throughout his ordeal this past year.

Like I said, I dont care if you agree with me or not, never have, and never will. Just dont pass opinion for fact. Dont say a player cant do something when you dont know.

let me start by saying "i'm not trying to get an attitude with you bro" but you seriously need to tone down on the attack.

what he did out on the court- was basically nothing..

i understand that he was hurt, and i'm not talking about the wagner that was sitting in his sean john watching the games....

i did see a promising future- when he started his first game against the kings.
i was also thrilled when he dropped his 30 point games-- but even when i go back and view those games, he still only did a couple things- shoot 3's, and throw a runner (usally off the glass) going right..

that was it mac..

he clearly has talent, he wouldn't have been picked 6th if he didn't-- but to even suggest that he has those things (that i said he didn't have, would also be ridiculous) or even defending him is..

why wouldn't he have shown those parts of his game then ? (when he was out there)

there was plenty of articles about his left hand, his defense, and his ability to run the offense. I JUST DIDN'T MAKE IT UP. the guy is limited in what he can do.

The kid was 19...which blows my mind on how people can be so dead set on their opinion of him when he never had a chance.

Its not like he was a 5 year vet and the problem was in stone. Every rookie has things to work on.

And a 19 year old coming in and getting 13 a game, is not "nothing". It was def. promise, and potential, but we will never know, the only thing Im arguing is dont pass opinion for fact.

He isnt going to be with the Cavs next year, so what happens, I really care less, on the court that is.

well we can agree about him not being here..so whatever happens with him, doesn't affect us.

i just wonder how he would've done as the non focal point ?

because even though he was a rookie, the offense ran thru him when he was out there- and not slick rick "THE DON"

just look at the number of shots wags put up per game his rookie year.-- in the short time that he did play in the LeBRON era- he struggled with his offense, and getting involved at all in the offense.

So, how about those undrafted kiddies. Any word whether Schensher is coming yet? LOL

Poking eachother in the shoulder, in the same place, with a rhythme, eh?

Riiiiiight.

Wagner was a dissapointment to keep it at best.

I had high hopes on him when he got drafted and loved his game when he was healthy.

But after the injuries, the kid just didn't care anymore. He lacked desire and determination to get back on the court, and that wasn't going to fly with a coach like Silas. It's too bad really, I would like to see him get one more chance, but its too late.

Wagner may very well end up in prison before his next nba game. When you get out of the hood you don't go back. he already got into trouble because he borrowed his car to a friend, who drove off and killed a man. Yet, he still hangs out in compton, campton whatever the hell they call it. If ye only had a brain.

If he never had all those injuries and illnesses I think he would be a solid scorer off the bench for us.

I dont think he would have ever been able to be a starter because of his height and his selfish mentality. He was a bit of a ballhog, even in last year's summer league.

I still think Dajuan will find a place in the league if he gets healthy. I can see him develloping into a solid sixth man.
