Look into food combining.
Get rid of simple carbs, especially when mixed with protein. Start eating more fish and adding quality vegetables like Broccoli, Cabbage, Beets, etc..mainly vegetables with low glycemic diet.
Get rid of starches like potatoes.
Add complex carbs and whole foods, but don't go overboard. Phytonutrients are real and can damage you if you have a weak immune system and a weak gut. Add them slowly because their micro nutrients are priceless...this will also make you not need any stupid supplements.
Look into fermented foods like Sauerkraut and even Kefir to build your micro biome. I believe it all starts in the gut. Physical and Mental health and sickness.
Eliminate sugar and processed foods. Can eat a fruit or two a day. That's it. Oh, eliminate dairy if it is pasteurised.
My health started to deteriorate after I had been found with bacteria called Helicobacter Pylori and an ulcer. Never been the same since then.
