I was outside doing push ups in my driveway this morning when Bruce walked out to get his paper.

He told me to expect a Redd announcement tomorrow! I'm not sure how good his sources are anymore, but I've got to assume he's still got some contacts.

I then asked him if he was taking any action on any of the WNBA games and he just rolled his eyes, told me to put a shirt and some shorts on and went back inside.

My Uncle Simi from Croatia does push-ups in the driveway every morning. He live in Zagreb. He can make 56 push-ups. Let's see American weakling try that. Even on July 4 I don't think any American can make 56 without resting. Well, maybe Lawrence Taylor, but no one else!

If you come over, you can't start mouthing off about "American weaklings". My uncle served in Desert Storm and he blew his own hand off with a grenade! He was getting ready to throw it and he got nervous / felt bad that he was going to kill a bunch of people, so he just held it! Anyway, he's pretty patriotic. I've seen him beat people up with his nub -- really. This one guy kept coming at him and he used his nubby fore arm like a stick and just kept poking the guy in the eye!

BTW - you are a great guy and all, but you smell like pickles.

according to Tony Rizzo of Fox 8, the cavs went down to columbus today, met with Redd, gave him their pitch, and offered him a contract.
