Sometimes dumb parlays pay off.

Got the Cavs +220 when we were down like a dozen early in the third (whatever the score was at 9:22 eastern). Only put down 10, but winning 22 bucks is nice.

Tossed 10 at Utah the other night at +1100 just before they started their comeback win.

I'll take a cool hundo on a hunch lol.

Was that the Knicks game?

I almost did the same thing. I think they were +3000 down six with 3 minutes left? Or maybe NYK was -3000 and Utah was +1000.

Didn't even think to check the final score. Nice.

No worries. I'm pretty much on a downward slope at the moment. Too much betting, not enough research. Also just extremely bad luck.
I made a little over a grand between MGM, FanDuel and DraftKings. Debating whether I get out completely after tonight, or leave behind a couple hundred worth of fun money.

I pulled out $500 from DK at the beginning. I've put another $150 back into it. I've got a 10 leg parlay for the Cavs that should be a win almost every game. Inevitably something fucks it up, (Garland foul trouble, Mobley not getting a block) It's hit a couple times just not recently.

There's no such thing as a 10-leg parlay that should be a win :chuckle: That's where they get you--inevitably something happens.

Although, a lot of the Mobley bets before his season averages started creeping up were free money--same with Garland bets while Mitchell was out.

Honestly, it's about as close to a win that a 10 leg could possibly be.

I understand the likelihood of it not happening, but I purposely don't choose any absurd numbers. I tend to just build a few 4-5 leg parlays for the Cavs to keep some extra cash coming in. But yes, I throw 10 at my 10 leg every game. The likelihood of Mobley not getting a block or Garland not getting 2 3's is pretty slim. And that's basically the whole 10 leg. Okoro to hit a 3. Garland to hit 2. Mitchell to hit 3. Mobley and Allen to have 7/9 rebounds respectively. Mobley and Allen to get a block *I usually alternate which one I put in* Garland to get a steal. And I usually pick an allen or mobley points. Since Garland has stopped hitting 8 assists a night regularly, I've taken that one out.

If you have a base of the following:

  • Mobley 10 pts
  • Mobley 6 rebounds
  • Allen 10 pts
  • Allen 10 rebounds
  • Garland 15 points
  • Garland 4 assists
  • Mitchell 20 pts
  • Mitchell 2 3s
That should be a winner most nights. Of course, Garland getting 3 fouls fucked it up the other night. Add something like Embiid 25 pts, and it should be a +100 bet.

I did really well for the SB.

Doubled my bankroll with nothing insane.
