Game 12| Cavs @ Pistons | 7:30pm Nov. 18th

We have alot of worthless players in our rotation (Gibson, Pavlovic, Wallace). Look at Detroit, they have savvy vets, but also a solid core of youthful legs (Afflalo, Maxiell, and Stuckey played during the entire 4th quarter). The only real guy like that we have is JJ Hickson who should be in the D-League...

Other than LBJ falling into our laps, we haven't had the type of success with our draft picks that have allowed us to build a stronger team. I like Gibson, but face it, when his 3's aren't falling, he's completely obsolete. He can't defend, he's a mediocre FT shooter, and can't run the offense.

I know, I'm being a pessimist, but tonights loss ticked me off. We need to beat an elite. We blew a huge lead in Boston, and we blew a huge lead in Detroit. Mike Brown needs to be getting some of the blame for this.

I'm workin on it but not sure who the hell the Hawks are starting due to injuries. They had Marvin playing PF, that screws my images all up.. The lineup may have to be wrong for a few days I guess.

I didn't realize Ben Wallace was STILL that great of a defensive player. Are you sure your not thinking of '2005 Ben'?

No but really, I'm just venting (its what message boards are for right)? I haven't posted much since I signed up, but now that the seasons started, I needed to blow some steam without waking up my wife.

Ben was mediocre last year, but have you not watched this season? He's closer to Detroit Big Ben than he is Chicago Big Ben or Cleveland '07/08 Big Ben. He'll get you 8 boards, a couple blocks, and hustle and defend well in his 20 minutes or so a night. Did KG have a big game against him? Boozer? Dirk? Ahh, I see a trend...

A lot of what Ben brings to the table doesn't even show up in the stats (like Andy). Oh, and the best part of all, his free throw percentage has even gotten better. :chuckles:
