Game 18 | Nuggets @ Cavs | Wednesday, December 4, 2013 | 7:00 PM ET

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Bynum is absolutely going to abuse their front line tonight, I think, but this game is going to ultimately be won or lost in the transition game, where the Cavs haven't been as good as they should be.

Also, I feel like the veteran poster version of DionWaters, but instead of bad Photoshops, I do bad MS Paintings. :chuckles:

Usually it is advantageous for our team to push the ball, but I actually feel like against this team it will be good to slow the pace down and grind in the paint. Kyrie has a big defensive challenge against Lawson who has been killing it so far this year. He needs to stay in front of him, and try to limit him in transition. He can't take any plays off defensively. Rebounding will be important as well. We need TT to keep Faried off the boards and let Bynum/Andy suck up all the boards against an undersized denver team inside. Obviously limiting transition points is important too.

This one's got me a bit worried, in all seriousness. The Nuggets are an up-tempo team and even with the roster, coaching, and front office shakeups that they've experienced... they still find themselves at 10-6. I'm not so sure that the Cavs will be able to keep up. I hope they prove me wrong.

This is an average team on a hot streak. If the Cavs are truly going to turn it around then they have to beat teams like this.

Need to start trending upwards this month or the new year begins with Tankuary in my opinion.

I shall be there with my free tickets tonight, wootie woo!

Nuggets will win by double digits because we can't stop their fastbreaks and we'll let Lawson, Foye and Chandler look like Ray Allen from the 3 point line

Just picked up a bunch of Nuggets for my fantasy team tonight.

The Nuggets is like the worst team name ever. I never think of chunks of gold when I hear their name. I think of hunks of deep-fried, processed chicken. Or tiny balls of poop clinging to buttcrack hairs. You know. Nuggets.

Or midgets with no legs or arms

“I know it sounds like a broken record when he talks,” Hickson said. “But it works. He doesn’t have the (championship) rings to show it, but he has the wins. I know it took me a whole year, year-and-a-half, to buy into it, because who wants to come to practice to work on defense?

“But in this league that’s what wins championships, and that’s something (the players) have to understand. Once I got it, and once a team gets it, that’s when a team makes it far in the playoffs or wins a championship.”
