Durant and company were shooting the ball unusually well this evening. I had a feeling that this would be one of those games where it would open up once the opponent cooled off.

And the refs ticky tack calls really kept the game at a pace that OKC could win at.

Why is Mo being questioned in this thread?

He was 44% from the field, 44% from, hit a couple of free-throw's, had 22 points and ended up as +6... He was the reason we won this game... He helped take the pressure off of LeBron and keyed our rally in the 4th quarter... Without him, I don't know if we win this game..

Last year I don't know if we win this game or play defense like we did in the 2nd half... The acquisitions of Moon and Parker payed off big time with them being able to defend Durant most of the game and allow LeBron to take it easy on the defensive end..

Was nice to see JJ show some range on his shot... That's what we need from the PF spot when he plays with Shaq... He's shooting 36% on jumpers this season, which believe it or not, is .05% better than Ilgauskas... Z is shooting 31% on jumpers...

What's with not getting off to hot starts? We used to be the best 1st quarter team in the league but the last few games we've been allowing team to get out in front and score often early on...

The thing that has me worried me most about this game is Shaq... His low-post game just doesn't look like it's there anymore... His shots are all either flat or short...

Fav stat of the night: LeBron's one and only turnover was letting the shot clock run out at the end of the game.

Age..wear and tear...he can't get a lot of lift up anymore.

Yes why?

I personally thought Mo had a very good game. He was even better with D than in recent games. Sometimes I believe I've watched a different game than others have.

I also thought Shaq was a benefit. If it wasn't for all his fouls, he would have been an even bigger benefit.

I personally think alot of it is his weight (combined with his age). He is so winded that he has nothing left when he shoots....all those flat short shots to me are evidence of fatigue. He really could/should lose 30lbs+.

He must have done a decent job on Westbrook. Westbrook is the reason the Thunder are doing so well. He penetrates and is really good in traffic getting guys the ball.

People were freaking out so bad because it is the THunder, but they have poise this year adn are learning how to use their talent. They are a balanced team and Kristic is a tough big man. He did the job he did on SHaq on Howard too. Don't forget that they took the Lakers to overtime, and they stomped the Magic 1 game. I saw a team last night that wanted to beat the Cavs really really badly. They really get up for these big games.
