Welcome to another episode of Shaq Vs! Tonight, The Big Diesel takes on yet another challenge - can he call out and tear apart the Suns organization like he normally does to his previous teams? He'll need to prove that he can still make fun of his previous employer like a prime-time Shaqtus.

Script for Tonight's Episode:

- Cavaliers need fluid ball movement throughout all 4 quarters to develop positive habits
- Resist LeIso!
- Fast break defense must be key against Run & Gun Suns
- Pick and Roll defense will really be tested since Nash & Amar'e'e' will run it till the cows come home
- Maintain Championship-caliber focus...biggest long-term challenge
- Build up a lead to test roleplayers out in more minutes. Cavs have been playing way too many tight games and in addition to resting key starters, the bench needs more confidence going into LA
- Let Boobie shoot it when hot. For God's sakes, doesn't get any simpler than that

Christmas Wish List:

- Develop an offense with ball movement, set plays (this will neutralize Mike Brown's 4th quarter influence)
- Creative feed Shaq (off the ball, cuts, etc.)
- Leave JJ in despite small defensive mistakes - boy needs swag
- Defensive focus for all quarters, against all teams
- Trade Mike Brown for Amare and Bosh

Check My $tats:

Cavaliers

The Cavs rank fifth in the league defensively, allowing 100.2 points per 100 possessions. The Cavs are a little further behind last year's numbers offensively than they are defensively, primarily because they're turning the ball over more and their offensive rebounds are down. But they've been much more efficient over the last 13 games (109.1 points scored per 100 possessions) than they were over the first 13 (105.3).

Suns

The Suns, as is their habit, won another game in Phoenix Saturday night, their 19th straight home win dating to last season.

The final: a routine 121-95 whipping of the visiting Wizards.

The Suns (18-9) now are 10-0 at home this season, the only undefeated home team in the NBA.

As for the 19-game streak, they've beaten 13 Western Conference teams and six from the East.

Status update: SELL!

Suns Scrapbook:

What's beef? Beef is when Shaq steals your idea for a TV show:

Check it, you know how I be
Last week Stevie couldn’t do it without me
You know how I be
Last week Stevie couldn’t do it without me

I call myself BIG cause I stole your idea
I call myself BIG cause I go against pro players
Excuse, pro players go against me
So in the Cleve hood I feel like I’m BIG
Cuz if Nashie was still here, he would be right there,
on Shaq Vs. in a production trailer somewhere
Chillin, sitting on about half a dollar,
cuz I took your idea and didn’t even holla

For real dog now that’s B-I-G, there aint nobody in the world do it bigger than me
That’s like a white PG play more defense than me
That’s like a Dwight taking bigger sh!ts than me
That’s like a rock star having more women than me
That’s like your agent having more exposure than me
That’s like you saying to yourself you better than me
That’s like Mamba saying to himself he better than me

Now stop, think about that, it ain’t about that, its about B-I-G AKA big Shaq
Now that’s the difference between my fist and your face, Stevie, wigga, tell me how my show taste

Cavs to end Suns Perfect record!!!!!!!! great preview im sharing this on my local forum

Absolutely amazing!!!!

With the way the Cavs have been playing lately, this stuff is more entertaining than the actual game.

The Q should start to distribute game programs like this

Great preview Powerslave. And Z-Pac? Too good.

Two things I'd like to see: (1) Mo stay in front of Nash and at least contest his long ball shooting; and (2) somebody anybody cool off Frye's 3-point bombs. Last outing these two were sinking threes like nobody's business, so I'd like to see some tight perimeter defense. As for Shaq, I'm hoping for lots of feeds and easy dunks, Frye and Lopez can't compete at all; no excuse not to put double digit points on the board big fella.

And also, Jason Richardson, make sure you come on down to Lebron's block party. :chuckles:

Helluva preview. PHX has the hottest cheerleaders in the NBA I think, they put ours to shame!

Windys preview for tonight....I like how he has been calling out Lebron of late.

* Jamario Moon has been ruled doubtful for tonight. Will be getting an update later, The Suns are without Leandro Barbosa, who has an ankle injury, Not having Moon hurts the Cavs because he's effective in their small lineups and against the Suns the Cavs will play small. Parker obviously tried to pick up his game last night without Moon. We'll see if anyone else does tonight.

* Phoenix is undefeated at home. There's a reason for that. They are a team that depends on a certain flow, fast-paced with lots of possessions and good outside shooting. All of these work better at home historically in the NBA. Last time these teams played Nash had a terrible night and Richardson could not buy a shot. Don't count on either this time around, the Suns will be looking for payback.

* For the last couple of weeks LeBron has played pretty well, that night in Oklahoma City especially. But being honest, he's not at the top of his game. He won player of the month in November but he has not kept that pace up. He's been settling in general lately, for jumpers and for bad offense and not playing strong defense. I'm holding him to a high standard, but he hasn't been an MVP for the last several games.

* In the previous meeting, the Cavs played excellent pick-and-roll defense. In fact, it was some of the best pick-and-roll defense of the last five years. In Dallas last night, it the screen roll coverage was problematic to say the least. Huge pressure on Mo Williams and Anderson Varejao to do well because they will face the toughest challenges. Daniel Gibson, too.

* Shaq did not play well against the Mavericks. He's had some struggles in back-to-backs this season. But this one is special, against his old team. The Suns didn't play great but Shaq had a great season in Phoenix last year. Perhaps it will inspire him. He played pretty well three weeks ago against the Suns.

I would do incredible things to those cheerleaders. Same for Dallas's.

I hope tonight's Cavs reveal at least a little bit of the creative spark shown by this super-entertaining game preview.

They will need it.

First late game of the season, doesn't start here for another 3 hours.
