Game #31, Orlando Magic vs. Cavs

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Andy and Boobie deserve to be on better teams.

The Magic have consistently taken deep jumpers all game. This is what you want an NBA team to do. They made them. That's that.

They have had alot of uncontested looks. I realize that they are having a great shooting night, Cavs need to do a better job of running them off the line imo

looking at the score now its hard to believe we were ever in this game

The problem is when this team runs someone off the three point line they run them into the paint which consists of 0 shot-blockers to do anything about the situation.

I'm kind of jealous of their situation quite frankly that they were able to turn their roster over so quickly because they had pieces/parts they could turn into contributing pieces rather than taking trash in return. Man would that be nice for the Cavs to have the luxury of right now.

Live by the three, die by the three, as Orlando has repeatedly demonstrated against the Lakers in the Finals and the Celts in the ECF. The Heat's perimeter defense will go a long way in negating that.

I really don't know if I have the stomach to watch that series, if it comes to fruition.

Two teams I absolutely despise.

They currently made 17 threes as against our 6 for a whopping 33 point advantage. That is insane.

It's no use. I can't watch the game and I already know the problem. We don't have enough quality players to pick up the slack that know what it takes to win. Anthony Parker shouldn't be playing 30+ minutes. Moon's no better than Jawad it seems... J.J. and Sessions aren't good winners and Mo's inconsistent. Antawn's too old to be playing high level minutes.

I can't wait until I see this team in 10 games to understand where we're at and I definitely can't wait until we've rebuilt this team.

Mo has demonstrated an uncanny knack for the turnover and/or missed shot in key situations, as does Sessions for missing the gimme layup, as does Hickson for a pass bouncing off of his hands, as does AP for being terribly inconsistent with his shot.....

I guess it's no surprise we're in the shape we're in.

I dont know. They tradedo ne terrible contract for another. I mean, would we want Arenas even if we could get him (and we could, judging by what they got in return)? I have hope that if the Magic can move Lewis, and the Wiz can move Arenas, then we can move Jamison (who continues to have nice box scores btw).

Even though we blew this game near the end, I really liked how we played for most of the game. Boobie came back strong, Verajao looked great.

When they shoot 61% from 3, there really is not much you can do.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I refuse to get on Mo Williams case when he is being asked to do far, far more than he is capable of doing. They want him to be a number 1 scoring option AND the number 1 facilitator. Look at his contract. He isn't getting paid like someone who can actually do both of those things for a reason. He's honestly doing the best he possibly can given what is being asked.

Agree. Hate that the score ended up so ugly, but at least the Cavs competed for the most part.

Andy can only do so much..

I'm glad when the fourth quarter started i COMPLETELY knew what was going to happen and went off to take a shower and get dressed for tonight.

If I'm reading the updated standings correctly, the Cavs now have the worst scoring differential in the league by more than 2 full points. My god.
