Looking at the boxscore from this game it looks as though LBJ would have played some minutes at the 5. Did this happen?

Yes he actually did. We had a lineup like Mo,GIbson, Sasha, Wally, and Lebron then Kinsey came in for Mo. So yes he did get minutes at the 5

Is Lebron the second guy in league history to play all 5 positions? i remember magic playing the 5 in the playoff when kareem got hurt.

Lamar Odom has done this, if you're talking about being a PG on offense (though he has more often been called the Point-Forward, he was the PG in some games in his early years), playing other positions on offense, and guarding all other positions at times. Any really tall, mobile ballhandler - Kukoc, Pippen, etc. - could fit this category, depending on your definition of "playing all positions".

Many more have defended all 5 positions than "played" all positions on offense. LeBron wasn't really playing "center" on offense last night just like Magic didn't really play "center" on offense in the playoffs, except for that baby sky hook.

Paul explained he was talking to friends sitting courtside when he got thrown out.
