Game 39 | Cavaliers @ Lakers Jan. 19th, 10:30PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
In the end the Cavs did not play a good game. Varejao showed up for a small part of the game but really did not play hard. The team missed a lot of shots. Overall they played like they should lose.

Embarassing effort by Lebron and Mo tonight. Sasha regresses, Andy keeps playing like Drew Gooden. Not a recipe for success. It's not the loss, per se, but how we lost. Terrible.

it's not lik guys were'nt trying though. And if lebron had a horrible effort, you could say the same for kobe.

I can't believe Pau didn't get ANY over the back calls at all.. it seemed like the refs were letting the lakers play, and were pretty strict on the cavs.. Lebron was getting mobbed.. it's tough to bring the ball up and get hit the face or arm and still keep the ball.. the announcers acted like Ariza was a god for getting those steals...

I hate LA.. the announcers fail to mention that we were playing without 40% of our starting line up..

ah well don't worry, i can't wait to get them at home, and when we are healthy, we'll see what happens then..

i didnt watch most of the fourth quarter because i couldnt take it. but i can only hope that the NBA sends NBA officials to the next game instead of NFL officials, because honestly i saw more contact allowed today than yesterday in the playoffs games.

i don't mean to make a lot of excuses btw, we had our opportunities, but some of our momentum was just squashed at times, and that really hurts..

I'm glad we kept our composure as a team throughout the game.. we are not firing on all cylinders, but we'll be okay...

Pau just annoys the living hell out of me..

i dont know about you. but i'm not that broken up about this loss. I expected it. And our guys played hard, they were just short. No big deal, we'll have big Z back on the 8th. Should be a different story.

We can't afford many more losses if we want numbero uno in the East

Well I dk though, they seemed to be letting the Lakers play, but do as much as get in kobe's face on a jumper, and he seemed to get the call..

some of it was just ridiculous, maybe i'm just overreacting, but i still feel that it didn't help a lot..

We still had opportunities though, just didn't come up when we needed to, sasha turned into the old sasha for the second half.. i miss delonte and z :(

hopefully kobe is out for a while with that finger. Would make me feel batter about the game.

I just hate LA, i don't like Kobe, i don't like Pau, and I hate how the media has this crazy obsession over LA and Kobe.. it's ridiculous.. we are usually disrespected.. i mean seriously, take Lebron and Kobe off of their teams, and I think that the cavs supporting cast (when healthy) would be a tad better..

I just can't wait until we are healthy again and playing good basketball..

on another note.. Wally is so terrible :|..

We need more depth with big men. What we have just isn't going to get it done.If Danny Ferry doesn't see this than he's a freakin idiot.

You're right though, no time to be broken up about this.. but every game counts, and it would be very nice to have home court advantage throughout the playoffs... we have a tough road trip ahead.. so time to focus on Portland which will be a tough game..
