Why doesnot TNT actually start the 1st game at 8 instead of 815? Do a pre game show at 730. They always have this problem! I am sure the Cavs game will not start until about 1045, but we will still miss about 5 game minutes. USe, TBS for a half hour until the Boson game is finished!

same reason why NBA TV usually breaks the last play down with their people during life game play on NBA Tuesdays, they think you are watching it for them.

Seriously though, we could miss a spectacular dunk , or great block from lebron so that we can watch a team shoot free throws for 5 minutes to put away a game in double digits. Starting the game at 8 would almost eliminate this problem. God forbid there is Ot, then we miss most of the 1st half!

what I wanna know is if its regional...like does TNT in Ohio switch over to the Cavs game even if the first game isn't over....

the only time they switch to TBS is if its a playoff doubleheader running late.

You are preaching to the choir...I am a stickler for game time, I hate to miss a second even if they are walking the ball up...

TNT has a lot of power, the refs will wait a little longer to start the game, maybe 15-20 minutes instead of 12-14 minutes in....

but if these 2 teams don't speed up or quit fouling, our game won't be televised until the 2nd half.

They'll delay the start of the Cavs game as well.
