Injury Report:

Cleveland Cavaliers

Jamario Moon - Out with abdominal strain
Leon Powe - Out with left knee surgery
Delonte West - Gametime decision with illness

Delonte West missed shootaround with illness (a lot of players/beat writers a little sick at this point). He's a gametime decision. Me too.

Los Angeles Clippers

Chris Kaman - Questionable with back injury.
Kareem Rush - Out with knee.
Blake Griffin - Out for season with knee surgery.

If I Were Mike Brown...

The Clippers average only 94pts a game in Mike Dunleavy’s halfcourt offense. Keeping Baron Davis and the Clippers plodding down the court and grinding it out against the Cavs defense, instead of running the break, will be key to beating them. For this to happen, the Cavs must protect the basketball and crash the boards. The Clippers front court is banged up but still has two top 20 rebounders in Chris Kaman Marcus Camby. If Kaman can't go, Shaq should be able to abuse DeAndre Jordan in the post. Executing on offense and stopping dribble penetration by Davis and Gordon should provide the Cavs with a happy ending to this West coast trip.

Speaking of happy endings...

There may only be one good NBA team in LA but there are plenty of beautiful women.

Can we just rest Shaq during this upcoming easier schedule more? That way we can give Z a nice farewell tour.

I say before Z takes a shot (and everyone in the Q yells "Zee"), get a few dozen fans to yell "TRADE" before "Zeeee".

This is a big game for the Cavs. It will be interesting to see how they bounce back from the tough loss to the Jazz. Do they come out with a desire to win or do they let the Clippers stay in the game. Also I guess Lebron James stated that last years team was better at this point. I agree.

"Right now we're playing at an OK level, we're not playing as well as we did last year but we can be better than that team," LeBron James said. "But we had to go through some bumps coming out of the blocks and we've done a great job of playing consistent basketball."

Going to be at this game. Was there last year and it was pretty exciting testing my new clippers theory: All Clippers fans are only clippers fans when they are winning, when they are losing they become substitute Lakers fans and start talking about how X team could not beat the Lakers. Going to see if this theory holds true for another year.

Will the Clippers put up a fight (esp. if Kaman returns) or will they roll over after losing by 40 last night and getting humiliated by their biggest rival?

If the Cavs play sharp, they should be fine. If they come in expecting a cakewalk, it's unlikely that's what they'll get.

I agree with most of what LeBron said. But I wouldn't call their play "consistent." It has been "not as consistent as it could be" or "somewhat inconsistent/unpredictable" or "varying depending on our opponents."

Mo Williams could not guard Sundiata Gaines...

Baron Davis will go in, no Vaseline.

Why dont the lakers and clippers share cheerleaders too?

Its going to suck to be a clipper fan. But who ever is guarding Mo Williams is going to look like a superstar defender.

Just so people don't freak if Delonte doesn't play.

Windy with some breaking wind:
