GAME 44 | Cavs @ Magic | Jan. 29, 2009 | 8 PM

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Boobie won't be traded, he's one of Lebron's good friends and he wouldn't like it.

You guys need to stop throwing players under the bus when they're on a bad stretch!

No dude. This just isn't a bad stretch,it's for real and you need to face the fact that Boobie just isn't a good player at all. Also I doubt Lebron we be frustrated if we got something really good in return for him that could improve our chances to win the championship.

Early report I'm getting is TK should be ok...

thats similar too what they made it seem like when Z got injured but thanks though...do you know what is the injury??

Mo was a no show because LBJ kept commanding the ball. Let MO initiate the offense and let LBJ finish. Barkely where are you when we need you lmao

The most disturbing thing about this was the number of stupid basketball plays. Why is Ben Wallace letting Howard get off easy dunks to fire up the crowd when he has plenty of time to wrap him up and send him to the line? How do you let Nelson get a wide open 3 to close the 2nd quarter with Howard on the bench? Why is Lebron pounding and bricking 20 footers on our 2 biggest possessions of the 2nd half?

This game was lost way before the 4th started. We had two trips in the final couple minutes of the 3rd to bring it within 1 or tie and ran zero offense both times and allowed the Magic to quickly turn around and get easier scores at the other end.

And shame on Mike Brown for the mechanical substituting tonight. As bad as Lebron was playing, you still can't sit him to start the 4th and expect to win. Not with everybody else on the team sucking and down 2 starters. If we had any shot, Lebron had to start the 4th and maybe steal a minute or two in the middle before finishing it out. Resting him to start the 4th after the Johnson buzzer beater was a guaranteed loss. Might as well have just left him there the whole time and worried about taking on a finally healthy Clippers team tomorrow.

mo had lots of time to command the ball with the second unti,no excuses...what did he go,something like 4-15 from the field

You can't make a complete judgment based on 1 regular season game. Cavs were off tonight, even in the 1st half when they built a lead. Other than Hickson and Wally no one played well and all were off their game tonight.

You hate to keep making the excuse of Z and Delonte being out but it does make a huge difference. There were so many plays tonight at both ends of the floor that would have ended differently if a healthy Z is out there. Rebounds, plays at the basket and pick and pops offensively that are no longer there with AV at C.

Orlando will be a formidable playoff opponent and tough for the Cavs to handle but playoff basketball is a different story and the Cavs team that shows up then won't be the one who showed up tonight.

Bad loss but the only thing to really get out of it is losing a game in the battle for homecourt.

WTF when LBJ gives MO the ball he produces hence his 43 point outburst on Tuesday

All i got was a text that said "looks like he should be ok"...hey it could be wrong.....won't know until tomorrow. I was happy with that after hearing Fratello and Reggie speculate that he blew out every part of his leg. :chuckles:

Once the Magic started hitting there 3's i knew we were on our way to a lose. Lebron and mo had a bad game, Boobie was non-existant...again:mad:, and Dwight Howard was just a beast. We had no answer for him. Just like the Lakers game, Z and West could of made a big difference so this really doesnt prove anything. IMO this also shows that maybe we need some length in our frontcourt(trade for a big man?)

How come when LeBron is extremely off he shoots more than when he is feeling it?

Probably has something to do with the team being off as well, at least tonight.

Can't wait for Z to be back tomorrow.

any body got feelin that lebron james is the new allen iverson(top player once, won mvp, one man show, went to finals and got swept).......lebron has to know how to play wit out the ball.. and let mo create plays..lol i thought he said he was 5x better than he was in game 7...lol still the same

<----better shooter than lebron james

so,he didnt do that tonight so lebron took matters into his own hands and struggled himself....o well, just a bad game for us...at least we lost to a good team...losing to the wizs and the bulls still to this day kills me:chuckles:

It's almost like he tries to "prove" he can hit the jumper.

But I know what you mean. It's like he never has a somewhat off game, when he's off it snowballs and he's like 9-25 because he starts forcing the issue.

Really though Lebron only has 10-15 bad games the whole season, so..
