Game #47 -|- Cavaliers @ Houston -|- February 1st, 2014 @ 8:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I liked what I saw out of Henry Sims...He's starting to get a better feel out there. TT has been a huge disappointment. You'd think that with Andy gone TT would be eating up the boards and dominating the low post area and he's just been made irrelevant.

No.

Listen, Kyrie projects to be a star. Dion does not. You can't find a single statistic that would show that. I like his potential, but understand his PER is DOWN from last year. He's in the 12s. His EFG% is below 50. Right now, he's a very inefficient player. To say "he projects to be a star" just isn't true.

My fault. I misspoke. Kyrie is the only one that projects to be a star, but Dion has star potential. The numbers may not support it, but he passes the eye test fwiw. Just my opinion but I know I'm not alone in this train of thought.

To say all our young talent is mediocre is false.

So say all our young talent is

Ok dude. We've got future stars all over and everything is gonna work out. No team has lost more games the last three seasons than this team. That's gonna be 4 seasons at the end of this year. But hey, these same guys, they'll be turning it around soon enough!

It's all about winning and this team doesn't know how to do it. Mike Brown is a supposive defense master mind but yet this team can't hold teams under 100 points. We all know he can't coach offense. It wouldn't be so bad if the Cavs were losing and only giving up 85 points or less a game but they're not. These players don't want to play team defense or Mike Brown doesn't know what he is doing.

Kyrie and Dion aren't mediocre. Both project to have star potential and look like they have the potential to be major pieces of a contending team.

TT looks mediocre. And we don't know about Bennett because he came into this year with a myriad of issues.

Keep on being downers though. They'll prove you wrong in due time.

There is nothing statistically or visually that shows me that Dion will be an All Star, If anything he is a below average player at this point. I think what he will be is a solid 6th man off the bench once he fixes his attitude.

How many corners will be turned before were going backwards or in a big circle?

The eye test? He stops ball movement, he dribbles a ton, takes horrible jumpers on the regular even though his jumper is very mediocre, struggles to finish with the slightest contact around the rim, and on top of that he's a mediocre defensive player.

Sad thing, literally everything here applies to Kyrie, save for the finish part.

Dribbles even more, takes even worse jumpers, very shitty defensive player.

THE FUTURE!

Nothing about Kyrie's jump shot is mediocre, which justifies some of the poor shots and senseless dribbling, but not all, obviously.

Agree to disagree. These things have been rehashed on this forum so much.

Dion and more recently Kyrie for some reason are very polarizing players.

Everything about Kyrie's jump-shot this season has been mediocre. Everything.

This team is making me manic.

Tonight I am back to the thought that we are just really young and once we get more time and roles are established we might just be alright. Currently none of our so called primary scorers see to have complete games on the same night but that is just youth.

We might just be ok

Spoken like a true fan that desperately wants to believe.

There ain't nothin' wrong with this team that firing Mike Brown and signing LeBron wouldn't fix.
