Game 5 | Cavaliers vs Bulls Nov. 5th, 8:00PM (ET)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
West and Wallace have been far surpassing my expectations thus far. Wally and Andy have been doing well. Lebron's finally being his normal self again. Z and Boobie, although their shots may be off every few games, are having nice starts.

I agree...our offense needs to get Mo more involved - whether that's Mo's fault, Lebron's, or Mike Brown's. If we can work Mo into our offense better, along with slowly but surely developing JJ's game this year, I'm very excited about this team - trade or no trade. But I will say, adding another fringe all-star player to this team just makes me drool thinking about it.

I would of liked to see Mo be more agressive on offense but he did get 13 points off of 5-11 shooting and 4 assists and barely looked like he broke a sweat.

He still needs to work on his man to man defense and he and lebron need to spend a little extra time after practices to get their jumpers straight. Lebrons jumper has been non exsistant and Mo needs to get his confidence in his jumper back.

I think we could of played way better but we got the win and thats all that matters

I'd like to see us develop a 4-man big rotation again if JJ continues to play like he has in his precious few minutes. Helluva lot better than having Wally at the 4 for even a minute.

What an annoying team...they just shoot jumper after jumper and get some really tough ones to go in. We played great defense tonight.

Lebron a beast tonight obviously. He could just get anything he wanted against this small team with no interior defensive presence. Hopefully he doesn't have too much ankle soreness.

Boobie struggling a bit the last few games..

Ben and AV again getting all the dirty work done amazingly. Z also had a solid game. I loved the three.

Mo and Delonte both had good games from the backcourt. Delonte continues to light it up. Mo still needs to get more involved, but his presence is great for this team even if he doesn't have a huge night.

After watching last years Cavs play down to the Bulls, and lose, it was fun tonight to see them in control the whole way.

The defense looks very solid already, especially when they don't cheat off their man. And the play where LeBron holds the ball for 15 seconds before doing something has not been used much this year.

Lebron and 1..... Ten bucks he misses the free throw.
You owe us all 5000 bucks. 15 of 16 at the line...he definitely has a more accurate arc, is concentrating on the tube down into the basket.

Time for Camakazee's neat-o stats of the night
(sponsored by Drew Gooden's beard):

- This marks the fifth time in LeBron's career in which he has recorded at least 41 pts, 9 rbs, and 6 assts. (In the other four games his minutes played were: 43, 45, 46, and 54. Tonight he recorded 36 minutes).

- This marks the first time LeBron has recorded at least 41 pts, 9 rbs, 6 assts, and 4 stls.

- In Lebron's first five games this season he has logged 36, 30, 38, 34, and 36 minutes.

As a frame of reference, his first five games in past seasons look like this:

2007-08: 36, 44, 43, 42, and 41.
2006-07: 41, 42, 38, 47, and 38.
2005-06: 33, 37, 41, 36, and 36.
2004-05: 50, 43, 42, 48, and 48.
2003-04: 42, 41, 39, 41, and 44.

I rarely interject with neat-o opinions of the night, but this team looks good enough to win and keep LeBron effective while limiting his minutes. Makes me drool for the playoffs with a well-rested LeBron.

- This is the sixth time Zydrunas Ilgauskas has made a three pointer in an NBA game. Each time he's made a three pointer he's only attempted one (get him more 3pt shots MB!). Also, don't know if too many of you remember the 3pt shot he hit in 2004 against PHO to tie the game and send it to OT on Z Bobblehead Night nonetheless.

- The last three games (Record: 2-1) Delonte West has averaged 14 ppg, 3.67 rpg, 2.67 apg, and 1.33 spg on 61% fg shooting, 67% 3pt shooting, and 80% ft.

Young Boobie forgot how to put the ball on the floor. And also how to throw a pump fake in here and there, Can't get your shot blocked twice by Ben Gordon (i think)

Really, what was with Boobie's jumper tonight? Every time he shot it, it just didn't look right. He looked like he was rushing it or something.

Tonight we saw what everyone figured out they day we got Mo. Well MB just go the memo. Mo and LBJ in a pick and roll. We did it the whole 4th quarter, and it worked almost every time. They had to keep switching Rose onto LBJ and of course he then dominated. And the one time they didn't switch, Mo blew right by for a layup. If they keep running this, I am telling you it will be unstoppable. If LeBron learns how to cut after a pick, or pop out for a jumper, or just establish post position, it will be deadly.

I'm so glad LBJ is still putting up the numbers and getting the rest. I'm so excited about this team man it is the only team since LBJ that I feel confident that if he had left this game, I still think we could have beaten the Bulls. Other years I would be very concerned if he left and known that the game was over.

PS good to see the FT's dropping looks like it was just an adjustment.

Check your math son he owes us 140.

10x15-10=140

Love to see Lebron Make FT's especially if it's going to make me money!!

It was a star-studded night at The Q – with former and current Indians pitchers, C.C. Sabathia and Jake Westbrook, in the house. From the world of entertainment – rap superstar, Ludacris, was seated courtside for the first half of Wednesday’s nationally-televised affair. He was in town hosting a pre-release party at the Velvet Dog on W. 6th

CC and Luda in the building tonight

LeBron was asked if he’d ever consider if he’d run for office and he demurred. When it was suggested that he one day run for mayor of Akron, he replied, “I’m already mayor of Akron. I’ve been that for about 10 years now.”

Oh how I miss the humble LeBron we had for about the first 3 years of his career. His personailty is not even close to the same anymore.
