Mo Speights missed #Cavs flight yesterday & bought his own ticket to Dallas, prompting this great story from BScott

When Scott was coaching in New Orleans, he left for a trip without his son. Thomas Scott, now an assistant on the Canton Charge staff, was helping with the Hornets and was late for a flight.

Byron left without him ... to the shock of star guard Chris Paul.

"He left his own son!" Paul told his teammates in astonishment, according to Scott. "He don't care about none of us! If he'll leave his own son, he'll definitely leave without us!"

Speights flew commercial and landed in Dallas a couple hours after the team arrived Thursday night
