Lue and company are incapable of running sets to a players strengths (see Isaiah, Rodney Hood, others). It's not difficult to run some DHO sets for Hood.

Instead we have LeBron continually throwing him the ball in ISO situations with 5 on the shot clock expecting him to do something so he can boost his assist numbers. It's not Hood's game.

I feel like I'm watching Hue Jackson right now. What made Isaiah so great in Boston? They built their offense around his strengths.
