Game #66: Cavaliers @ Spurs- Saturday March 16, 2013 - 8:30 pm EST

Bench unit outplayed the starters the entire game, including the end of it. He immediately took Gee out and put walton back in, and things started looking better again.

All in all you can't leave arguably your top 3 players on the bench until the 4 minute mark in the 4th quarter; that's not how you win a game. I understand the bench was playing well but regardless of that you still need to have your closers on the court. All Byron had to do was put in 1 or 2 starters and leave the best performing bench elements in the game (which he later did); the problem was that he did it too late and our starters couldn't get into the groove of the game, which is why we lost.

It was foul, just refs didnt call it. Duncan slapped Dion's hand on that play.

That one was closer to clean than the one on Thompson. But, basically, Duncan wasn't going to be called for a foul at the end of that game and that was that.

Yeah it was closer, but the fact is that both blocks (Tristan and Waiters) were clear fouls that refs didnt call.
