Game #66: Cavaliers @ Spurs- Saturday March 16, 2013 - 8:30 pm EST

Win for the tank, as they say.

Also, Shaun Livingston is tough. I want him on the team bigtime next season.

Far too long? To the tune of a 2 point game?

Just because they're keeping the game close DOESN'T mean that the bench should stay in the game...get the starters in to close it out. They don't need to rest until the 4:00 minute mark of the 4th to come back in...they should be good around the 7 or 8 mark.

Waiters should have thrown himself into Duncan's body there: Go for the foul instead of trying to get around him

Bench unit outplayed the starters the entire game, including the end of it. He immediately took Gee out and put walton back in, and things started looking better again.

Or prioritize setting up a 3-point attempt in that situation. Duncan kept his body away from Waiters on that play.

Cavs played well. For the tankers, games like this has to be a wet dream.

The starters ran out of gas the 2nd half. That was ballgame. Backups weren't dynamic enough to pull it out.

Tank picking back up steam.........

Idc...regardless of the outcome every game is a Win for us. Either it's a win for the team or a win for the quality of our draft pick =D

I don't think Byron should be blamed for keeping the bench in. They played very well. If anything, he should have figured out how to get Speights a quick blow and get him back out there. He had it going tonight for the first time in a few games.

The back ups kept us in this game. They played the Spurs starters tough. I don't understand not going for 3's at the end considering the score. Oh well, great game. Gave them all they could handle and didn't mess up the tank. I enjoyed it except for those craptastic announcers. You really get to appreciate your home team announcers.

I wish the Cavs had started trying to double Duncan earlier. He was abusing everyone on him.

Shaun Livingston is amazing. Sixteen points on very efficient shooting for a point guard (8-13). Solid defense. Great passing. Good presence. Knows how to play the game. If he can stay healthy, I want him backing up Kyrie for at least the next four or five years.

It was foul, just refs didnt call it. Duncan slapped Dion's hand on that play.

Yea I want him back too. People say you can find good back-ups anywhere, but I'm not so sure there are many as good as he's been.
