1. We know the worst record doesn't result in the first pick. It's been said ad-naseum. We got it.

2. The notion that people should "stop worrying and let the chips fall where they may" can be said for ANY TOPIC ON THIS BOARD. Including this game thread. None of it has any impact on anything in the Cavs organization whatosever.

There is one flaw in your argument. Contrary to many in here who seem to think not; players and even coaches and front office personel, etc read "in here" all the time. Don't think they don't cause they do. They are all human. It's human nature to want to know what the fans and the general public thinks about them personally, and about the team. It's all Cleveland teams. The Cavs. The Browns. The Indians. They all read IN HERE.

When most fans are wanting, and begging the team to lose, the players know. The coaches know it. The FO knows it. I played all sports in high school. All of them... 4 of them. I played one sport a bit of college. While not on the same level, I can tell you that players NEVER want to lose no matter what the record or what the circumstance. You want to win. If you don't want to win you should not be playing anything at all.

Just remember when we are writing things about the ping pong balls, etc, and about how much we want to tank and lose the last few games, there are real human beings out there who are playing for the Cavaliers, who probably don't appreciate their own fans rooting for them to lose.

The irony here about me bringing weak stuff and blah blah blah is that I typed out almost exactly what you did, only with a different ending. You said that you "wished people would stop crying" about the overall record and subsequent draft position. You were taking a shot at the people who had just posted before you. I then typed I wished people would stop telling us that the worst record doesn't = the first pick. Yet, somehow, I was condescending and my stuff was weak, when it was modeled after your initial post. Odd.......
