I think Garland needs learn to value the shot clock more. He walks the ball up the floor to often. The last Cavs possession of the half, he didn't initiate the offense quick enough to give them a good chance to score.

Not enough movement on offense on too many possessions.

One thing that annoys me about Nance is a faking open 3-pointer from the top and then driving and attempting very difficult off the glass shots.
