Depends on what you define as talent...I was always taught the role of the PG is to make plays for the team not yourself...you are the floor general...bring your teammates into the game.
Sure he has great handles, nice shot, confidence in abundance...but is he making the TEAM better?... not for mine

Well technically he is a 2 guard but I get what you are saying,,,it seems he is just trying to pump up his scoring numbers. I don't like his game but now I will be called a hater,,,by the way this team is pretty much a joke at this point.

They run the offense for 2 possessions a half and go shitty PnR or iso the rest of the game.

The offense is garbage. I’ve been saying this since the beginning of the season. JB will run post plays for Love/TT or run a double screen. I’m not impressed with this guy so far. Defense is still shitty as hell too.

Garland especially isn't even trying to do anything but take 3s. At this point his only offense is that step back 3.

It's almost comical, how bad this team is. The game was tied at 69. Then the Bulls finished the quarter on a 30-7 run, in the last 6 minutes or so. Like, how does that even HAPPEN? I'm down with having Garland come off the bench, and having Delly or Exum run the offense. Delly should just not be allowed to shoot.

This team is just not interesting at all. KPJ made the team a LITTLE interesting, and Windler could make it MORE interesting, but as presently constituted - this team is boring, and it is straight ass, to boot.
