Game Thread 2020-21 Season| Game #11 | Memphis @ Cleveland | January 11, 2021

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Honestly I think it's super promising we're even in these games... we are missing 4 of our top 5 players... how are we even competing?

You actually think Collin Sexton did not play because he’s a pussy?

Pathetic take. If you can’t come up with anything better than that, do us all a favor and post someplace else.
No I was referring to today’s athletes in general...it’s always something that cause them to miss games. A sore back, a sore ankle, a calf injury or the one I can’t stand the most “a day of rest”! Pleeeeeeeease!
Today’s athletes are supposed to be “faster, bigger and stronger” yet they can’t stay on the court/field! I hate to sound like the old man yelling “Stay off my lawn” but Jesus Jim Brown played nine seasons and NEVER missed a game!

Jim Brown also played against 3’8 midgets that were smoking on the sidelines.

It’s clear you never saw players like Dick Butkas play! Jim played in the day where defenders actually knew how to tackle and hit! This weak shoulder tackles and head first dives into thin air and miss tackles completely

Bull. The average defensive lineman in those days was 6'2", 215 pounds. And the defensive backs all ran 4.8's and 4.9's at a solid 175.

And for your information the smoking was confined to the locker room at halftime.

They were def more vicious.

Or, for a somewhat more current example - our next HOFer, Joe Thomas.

They were def more vicious.
And Jim was the focal point of that offense and every team was stacked just to stopping him! As I said today’s players don’t know how to tackle or hit!
