OK, let's try this again.
The Cavs hung tough for three quarters and two minutes last night before the Bucks pulled away after the Cavs closed to 98-94. But the Bucks got down to business and outscored the Cavs 25-11 over the last 10 minutes. Let's see if they can hang a little longer tonight. No injury report yet but last night's had Nance as a game time decision so maybe we'll see him tonight.
The Cavs did a great job of defending the 3-point shots but they need to be better on the defensive glass. The Bucks had 13 offensive boards last night. Also, the Bucks' starters shot over 57%. Holiday was 8-for-9 with 7 assists. Bobby Portis was a +17 in 24 minutes off the bench.
Portis is off to a phenominal start. The last three years he shot 45%, 44%, and 45% from the field. This year he's at 55.4%. On 3's his career average is 36.8%; this year he's at 55.4%. He's in his 6th season and will turn 26 next week. Looks like the light went on.
