I could be pretty easily convinced that swipe on the hand was done intentionally knowing the injury.

And it's a normal thing to do for competitive advantage. All of this rah rah protect DG stuff from JBB's mouth and he's out there enabling players to smack the $#!+ out of DG's hands.
