Game Thread | Knicks playoff series Game #2 | Knicks @ Cavs | April 18, 2023 | 7:30 TNT

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm fiesty as fuck tonight. I told my pregnant wife, that if she wasn't already pregnant that she would be after tonight.

Go for it, try for Irish Twins. Dont overthink it, it will work.

I am formally in agreement though that barring a rapid and unlikely further offensive development from Okoro, we HAVE to find a better option at starting SF then Okoro to continue to climb to the potential ceiling we should have over the next few years

Realistically we need a vet with experience at the SF spot.
We cant rely on a guy like Okoro to win a championship.
Utah put veteran shooters around Mitchell.
Tonight we seen why. He had 13 assists.

As of your posting, there have only been 2 games; they damn well had better made the lists…lol

Garland the only guy got it going so let’s take him out!

I was dumbfounded by this. No other explanation other than pregame automatic sub patterns right? Makes no sense otherwise.

I see a lot of applause for JBB, but the tactics initiated were pretty obvious even before game 1. Hedging/trapping Brunson. Letting RJ shoot them out of the game. Play in a spaced out floor. Doesn't take a genius to figure it out.

I'll give him the thumbs up for not being a total knob.. but when he consistently takes out hot guys(@The Oi) just because, it seems like he has no in game sense.

And 40 minutes for both Mobley and Mitchell in a blow out win. Gotta find them some rest when you have the chance. Guys are playing at super max effort.

Can't wait for Game 3.

So do you think Okoro complains about being out of the rotation, gets cut and signs with Miami?

I think he will still play somewhat but there will be a quick hook and if someone steps up and plays like LeVert did today then they may opt for Isaac to sit.

Okoro is not 100%. That knee is affecting the lift on his jumper and it’s something that will only improve with rest.

We will need Okoro going forward, if we play better without him versus the Knicks and advance that way, best believe we still need the kid going forward. Whether it’s Miami to guard Butler or Milwaukee to guard Jrue Holiday or even Middleton…to looking beyond (do I dare?) to guarding the likes of Harden/Maxey or Jaylen Brown/Tatum/White/Brogdon…

Plenty of opportunities for Isaac to contribute this post season. And I think he will still have opportunities this series as well and when he gets them, he should be aggressive and not afraid to make mistakes or miss shots.
