Raw data states he was thrown against 1 time and that pass was caught for 4 yards.

Thrown against once? Maybe because he was never on tyreke?

He didn't fall. He was always behind Horn, Surtain and Farley.

Farley had serious injury issues and was expected to fall further than he did.

On the topic of the tweet, when I shit on PFF for being pretty garbage when I disagree with them, I can't in good faith use them to support arguments because I like them. Their coverage grades are poor, and if anyone wants to use this to claim that Newsome is better than Horn/Surtain/Farley, they're making a poor argument.

especially after 1 damn game. lets see where we are at 8 games, or 17.

That said its good to say someone else saws what we saw, that newsome seemed to play decently

PFF only grades three position groups well; DL, OL, and RB.

I don’t trust them for literally anything else.
 
Greg looked good, usually when you don't notice a CB, it's a good sign, and I totally forgot that he was playing.
