If you went into 2022 with this same roster (a healthy version), but could replace a *single* player with anyone else in the NFL, who would that player be? (ex: replace Malik Jackson with Aaron Donald, or Anthony Schwartz with AJ Brown)

Genuinely innocent question I saw posted on social media.

QB would easily be Rodgers for one season.

But I will say the Browns play a ton of close games. So probably in all honesty I would go with Justin Tucker replacing that garbage ass kicker we have….

Browns probably win a couple more games last season with the roster they have with Justin Tucker

I think I am done with kickers and their black magic fuckery. Give me Mahomes on fourth down every time.

And they win 7+ more games with simply league average QB play.

Perfect…. I’ll take Jimmy G to be my league average QB and use my super trade to get Tucker to put us over the top…:chuckle:

Mahomes plz and thx

If you eliminate QB...

Aaron Donald in Malik Jackson's spot would be my choice.

I’m not sure if there’s another answer, sans QB.

Myles, Donald, Clowney is… woof. Unstoppable?

The gap between Donald and the second best at his position is so much bigger than anyone at any other position. Like the gap is so big you could argue we may never see a similar one.

Ja’Marr Chase for anyone in the WR room except DPJ.

I suspect even battered Baker would have much better numbers with that guy running routes.

Can’t argue Aaron Donald though - or one of the top QBs.

I was trying to avoid limiting the options because I figured enough people don't hate Baker enough to make that be the only response. Plus, Aaron Donald on the DLine is mighty appealing.

That said, when I found the exercise, it felt like an unintended result was the "ah ha moment" when you realize your teams most glaring need. If all the fans said replacing Jed Wills with Trent Williams, it's likely LT is the biggest need. If most say to swap Baker for Rodgers or Mahomes, then QB is most needed. Seemed like a fun way to get to that; hopefully without all the in-fighting.

Luke Rhodes for Charley Hughlett. We deserved this season.

Justin Tucker. Maybe win a game or two more, plus coat the ravens a few wins.
