CHILD MOLESTOR !!!!

Sick son of a bitch, get him outta here...Lock him up, 75 years to life..

Seriously, this man has got to go... He's clueless.. His default look pisses me off.. He's going to have a heart attack soon, so lets cut our losses now, and get someone else in here... I understand a revolving coaches door is not the answer, but this guy is awful...

I agree...he's a great coordinator...but a miserable Head Coach..

Kirk Ferentz anyone?

Please, no more head coaches with no NFL experience. I'm sick of us bringing in someone who's not ready to be a head guy. If we are going to make a move then it should be someone who has been successful as a head coach at the NFL level.

I don't want to go through another coaching change unless it is someone who is proven. I don't think that's too much to ask for.

Crennel is fine. Getting a new coach every year is never the key either.

if we get a chance to get Cowher I would do it in a heartbeat...

Are you watching the games D-Lock ?

Please go into detail (as I am sincerly interested) and explain to me what you really like about Romeo's coaching style.. What in particular do you think is successful when it comes to Romeo..

I want to know how you really feel and see out there, as opposed to just saying it's "fine".. So explain to me what I'm missing with Crennel..

Do tell.....:)

He choked PIP :chuckles:

Ok his calls were pretty shitty. Like a 3rd a 3 on the first drive and FB run. Yeah that is bull shit. Hell I am not crazy about the fat guy either but I would just hate to get another coach then have to start over. Since every coach wants to do something different which means we would have to pretty much start over.

But if there is a good coach that is out there, I say why the hell not. Crennel can be a defensive cord. great but he is not head coach.

First, Crennel is not the one calling the shitty plays, it's Davidson. I'm not saying Crennel is a great coach, but don't blame him for the play calling.

If the Browns are going to make another head coaching change, the NEED to bring in someone with prior experience as an NFL head coach. If they don't do that then what's the point in making another change? So we can still pay off Romeo's contract and pay another new guy and still suck? Enough already.

Yeah, but it's his job to lead this team and if there's a problem, correct it.. Billick had to can his best friend in the NFL (Jim Fassle) because the play calling was atrocious and the players were not happy with it, and they just weren't getting it done..He took over the play calling, and I believe they've lost 1 game since... Hell, Romeo wanted to keep Carthon..

Billick took the situation head on like a coach should, and got it taken care of...

Romeo is not an NFL head coach.. He's just not... He just said in a press conference today he's not sure how to motivate these guys..

He's just fat man, wearing a jacket, size 48 pants, and a headset on the sideline...

I agree Romeo is not cut out to be a head coach in this league. But comparing us to the Ravens is a bit of a stretch. That team has had excellent drafts and has done great overall work within their front office. The Browns have been a complete joke in those departments. So anyone who coaches the Browns is playing shorthanded and constantly trying to plug holes. Any injury on this team is magnified due to the overall lack of depth, which is a direct result of the horrible drafting done in the past.

I'm OK with people calling for Romeo's head, just give me an alternative option that would be able to successfully motivate these players. Give me a reason to still believe that this team has a future. Give me a coach who can actually get this team to win a division game (0-12 under Romeo when we lose next Sunday). I'm tired of the constant change because with every change we get the same results. This team has been spinning it's wheels for almost 8 full seasons now.

Holy shit. Please tell me your kidding.

That pathetic. Crennel eh... We almost beat the Colts last year.. I forgot about that game.

We're normally within 7-10 points in most games...IE Colts Panthers Texans Lions etc...all of those..but he eventually gets outcoached and not having healthy/talented personnel hurts as well.

He's just not very passionate and he seems very lost out there..

Kirk Ferentz is my guy...he turned Iowa into a powerhouse he is very fiery and motivating..he is decisive and he's been mentioned for numerous coaching spots..I like em.
