Man I think the timing of Shump coming back could be a huge catalyst to the Cavaliers' second half resurgence.
The biggest glaring difference between us and Miami is the Heat's killer transition defense; that was their lifeblood.
We have no semblance of anything like that. I'm hoping that Iman's competitiveness and physicality will rub off on this team.
Even if we could conjure up 3-4 athletic transition plays a game, we'd be much closer to a win every night. Right now, I haven't seen a Love outlet pass, or a big steal to lead to a dunk in a while. We'll be able to field lineups where we're actually pretty damn athletic and have some defensive potential.
If we roll with Shump at 1, LeBron and Trix at 2-3, Tristan and Mozgov, we should actually be pretty mobile, long and able to play some consistent defense.
