It's really a good thing Altman backed his way into the deal that landed Allen for basically free, it very well might save his job to be completely honest.

Kid is a stud. We are probably going to have to pay him max or near max money. I'm actually OK with it. He's 22!!!! He still has a huge window to keep getting better and improving.

He is hands down our best player RIGHT NOW. If we can luck our way into a skilled wing in this upcoming draft, we might actually turn this thing around quicker than I thought.

His defense block presence is so dominating and really changes the atmosphere and game tone.

And to add his coast to coast dunk was just wow.

I personally think he will be better than Gobert. He has made 2 3s in these 2 games. His shot can definitely improve and will be even more of a threat as he builds his career.

His presence is just amazing both offensively and defensively.

He’s 12th in win shares and 10th in win shares per 48 min on a team that recently completed a 10 game losing streak. He’s playing at an all star level right now.

The more we pay Allen the less we can afford to take on Wiggins and his contract.

I LOVE this kid. What is he going to do at age 27? Dude can knock down a three - he’ll work in that in addition to his fabulous game at the rim.

Allen is almost a cross between Artis and Dr. J, and he's smart as hell to go along with all his natural ability. I can't believe Altman lucked into getting this guy.

To be fair the Cavaliers had targeted him for acquisition one way or the other.

Allen looks like he stepped right out of the ABA circa 1975 both in how he plays and looks (needs the short shorts though). He’s so skilled and smooth for a young big. He also plays the game with joy. We are so lucky to have him - he’s worth the price of NBA League Pass.

His passing has been better than I expected. I thought he would be more of black hole, but even the tough shots he takes are usually that very accurate hook shot, so I am pretty much down with whatever he wants to do.

Still that touch pass to Windler was just WOW. Super cool. His unselfishness and how he carries himself is just really good for the team. Seems to be rubbing off.

Maybe your Avi is putting too much pressure on him? I really like Okoro's play though since Drummond has been out of the lineup. He is just going to slowly do more and more as the game slows down.
