Dennis Rodman was arguably the greatest "garbage man," chemistry guy in NBA history. He was drafted in the second round onto a championship-ready Detroit Pistons team and he had a huge impact immediately. Did he start? No. But who cares. He played between 15-20 minutes a game on that team. Regardless of whether he starts the game or not, that's about the most that we'll ever ask of Harris.
Mark Price, Marc Gasol, Manu Ginobili... all second round picks who I'm sure would have gotten plenty of burn on championship teams in their rookie years. The aura that surrounds "starting" is overrated.
