Johnny Manziel: Swan Won't Return His Calls

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
None of these things prove that he isn't a leader, just like anything he did at Texas A&M doesn't prove he is a leader.

He's learning. Obviously the coaches feel he is missing something or he isn't playing. He needs to have a humbling experience before he can be set free to make his own path on the field. He needs to see what coaches expect of a QB, and he needs to see how a QB can be successful in the NFL.

I think most agree that Hoyer is a great QB to look at when it comes to working hard. Johnny has twice the talent that Hoyer has naturally, and if the hard work of Hoyer rubs off on Johnny, then we are golden.

All of this is to say one important thing: We cannot pass judgement, one way or the other, until we actually see Johnny succeed or fail on the field. No need to fight baseless fights.

Also, Jerrod Cherry is a moron and I've pretty quickly tuned him out. Everything with him is just spouting the same bullshit over and over while trying to sound extra philosophical and overtly smart. He knows nothing about Johnny, Brian, or anything else about the Browns right now.

He's got the composure of a veteran out there.

@Tornicade getting under @Randolphkeys's skin. Strong attack there after Keys' braggadocio. Have to nip that in the bud and @Tornicade did a solid job.

Sorry Keys, but you just can't be allowed to get away with that kind of action on a closely policed site like this.

At the 0:53, I love how he looks back at the guy shooting this video rolls his eyes and looks away. Almost like, "ah crap, I got caught again!"

The guy is a frat boy who hasn't grown up. I have a problem with that at QB. He literally can be any other position and I'd be ok with it. But the QB is held to a higher standard. He simply doesn't understand that yet.

Yeah, rolling you're eyes at some loser recording your every move totally screams immature frat boy to me lol. Not that I'm saying he maybe doesn't have some maturing to do, but you guys seriously like to reach with this guy.

If getting upset in such a big game while sitting courtside is indicative of not growing up, consider me a kid for life. You'd need a lobotomy to not be into that game on that night in those seats. Stop manufacturing reasons to strengthen the bias.. This isn't an opportunity for that.

I'm willing to bet the 1:00 of video this guy caught was probably not the only immature thing Manziel was doing at the game.

Edit...
He can be upset and displeased with the refs. I don't have issues with that. Yelling obscenities in public is not something he should be doing. Not only do the Cavs frown upon that from their fans but I'm sure corporate sponsors don't want to see this nor does any parent with young kids within ear shot.

Again, the QB is held to a higher standard whether you like it or not. Acting like an ass in public is not excusable yet it happens quit often with this kid.

Keep EAYOR in EAYOR, still a rule.

And this argument that "we don't know what Johnny can do until he is on the field" argument is tired. He was making headlines with immaturity weekly in the summer. He promised he would tone it down, but it is now creeping up weekly again. I do believe immaturity isn't forever and it will eventually click for him... its just a very real problem for a quarterback. This is the most cerebral position in any sport.

Phillip Rivers is a huge douche bag and a prick, but a good qb; elite in some people's eyes.

If you would take rivers on this team then please stop talking about Johnny being immature. Not every QB is Peyton Manning mature.
