no way in hell maximus, he was thinking sasha was WIDE open, and he passed as is his style, unfortionatly sasha didnt want to take the shot.
i really wish that tip by henderson had gone in so the cavs could have rubbed it in george karl's face for not allowing them to shot the potential game tying 3.

To be honest, I couldn't care less (about the Jordan comparisons or any comparison really). By trying to be somebody else, you'll only be a weaker version of them. LeBron has to find his own way. He has to lose games, he has to take criticism from his "fans" and he has to grow. It's his rites of passage into NBA manhood.

I think LeBron's confidence was shot. He was shooting like crap all game long and just didn't have the ability to lie to himself like "Everything will be okay" or "I'll make this one" after bricking the last few. He has to develop that mentality. It could take a while. If you're scoring a lot and you're hot from the field, you'll knock those down without a problem. But if you're playing like complete crap all game long and you have to step up? That's almost impossible (save for absolute legends of the game).

LeBron had 0% confidence in hitting that shot so he did what he did vs Portland and dish it to someone less capable and less expected to hit the shot. And if they miss..oh well at least I didn't shoot it..

there was a guy within 5 feet of lebron maximus, did lebron heistat no doubt, however sasha was even more wide open than lebron was when he got the ball. Like i said lebron was trying to be lebron and get the person wide open the ball it just so happened the guy who was wide open was gun shy. I also belive you will never see sasha in late in teh game, the guy basically tried to win teh game instead of giving the ball to lebron.

LBJ passed up a wide open look for three to take the lead back. Then the free throw miss to send it to OT. Its like he doesnt have the confidence yet to be clutch.....yet. He will get there. You have to fail to succeed right?

Theres a big difference between hitting free-throws and hitting them UNDER PRESSURE. You cant replicate that pressure in practice. I dont know how I would do in those situations. Being clutch is not easy, gotta conquer your fear. It seems the LeBron is not clutch issue is not going away...
