There are a few things lingering that I would like addressed in the upcoming Spiderman movie:
We all saw Vulture in the trailer in what will be. two years ago this January. Well before the Venom post credit scene. Is he in? Is he apart of the Sinister Six? The movie will likely suck, but it would be nice to see what his role is in the Universe.

Ok so the new movie has Doc Ock, Green Goblin confirmed. It also has shown what looks to be Sandman & Electro (only making the comment like this because we don't see their actual bodies). We still have Vulture, Venom, Morbuis, Scorpion (who I would love to see on the big screen in this universe. We also have the other baddies from the Garfield movies.

Who is going to be the Six & will it lead into its own movie? I assume it would because there are too many storylines with Strange, Spiderman & the entire multiverse.

Oh and did Blade die? He was announced two years ago and we haven't heard a peep since? I'm guessing he shows up in Morbius because its been way to quiet and with the delays; it would make sense to work them in.

Doctor Octopus and the Goblin are obviously in from the trailer, and it seems pretty clear that Sandman and Electro will be as well. The Lizard seems to briefly appear in the trailer as well. Venom would make number six, and obviously Vulture is still alive, although presumably still in prison.

I don't think this is going to be a straight up Sinister Six situation, though. Doc Ock and Sandman, as I've mentioned previously in this thread, seem far more likely to fight with Spider-Man than against him given how their respective stories ended in the Raimi movies. Electro, Goblin, and Lizard seem likely to fight against him. Venom is probably somewhere in between and may shift loyalties over the course of the film. James Franco may have been cancelled, so I doubt we see him in the film.

I don't see Morbius appearing in Far From Home, as he hasn't been established yet. Hell, we don't even know if Venom will be in the movie, or if the tease at the end of Venom 2 will lead to Tom Holland moving from Marvel to Sony. Or it could be both. Who knows?

As far as Blade goes, the movie is set to begin filming in July next year, so it'll probably be a 2023 release.

To touch on this, we need a reason for Venom to hate Spiderman. Current Venom and Eddie Brock have not followed the same path as the traditional Venom.

Venom 2 implied that the symbiote is an interdimensional hive mind, so it has memory of what the Venom from Raimi's third Spider-Man movie went through. I believe the symbiote even says "I hate that guy" when they show Peter Parker on the screen at the end of the movie. Assuming that Venom does show up in Far From Home, it'll probably be an internal conflict between Venom, who has that hate for Spider-Man, and Eddie, who has no reason to cause him any harm.

If I had to further guess, at some point the symbiote will jump to Peter and abandon Eddie, which will finally give Eddie true cause to hate Peter Parker. This will also function to finally give the symbiote the giant white spider emblem on the chest.

Curious, why did so many people dislike the overall direction of the Netflix universe? Namely Iron fist and defenders.

Just finished season 1 of all of the shows (2 for daredevil which was a rewatch) and The Defenders. I gotta say it's alot better than what I expected.

Iron Fist was just all sorts of terrible. Shitty fight choreography, and Finn Jones couldn't act his way out of a paper bag.

Saw Eternals tonight. Might be my favorite non team-up Marvel movie. Well written characters. I really think the strength of the movie is the relationships between the characters. Wish they would have leaned into that even harder. I also think it asks some interesting philosophical questions.

And...I mean...that second post credit scene. So hyped.

I came away more impressed than I expected. It's not really a marvel movie in that it's more considered and morality plays a big role. Don't think my kids will like it but I enjoyed it

I haven’t seen The Eternals yet but apparently it has the most mixed reactions out of the entire MCU. The Rotten Tomatoes score is the lowest of the MCU ever. Why do you think that is?

It's trying to be a bit more nuanced. Tell a broad story and uses unfamiliar characters that are slightly generic

Really enjoyed the Eternals. Thought some comedy scenes were kinda forced. Sprite should have been cut from the movie, completely useless character. Felt like they wrote the Cersei character really weak and didn't give her much meaningful dialogue.

Same marvel super hero formula with a couple added layers of complexity. 7/10

If you couldn’t use 7, would it be a 6 or an 8?
