I think this team has to get better in the win-loss department this year. At some point improvement must be reflected in the standings. Simply being competitive without winning isn't much of a feat.
With three full off-seasons under their belt, it's time to see a jump in the tangible areas- meaning, wins and losses. I think we need to see more wins, period, and more wins within the division.
This team can't keep going 4-12 or 5-11 while simultaneously bragging about how much better it is.
I get that we need to start winning some games. I was factoring in the toughness of the schedule when I said the above. Realistically I see us winning six or seven games, but we could easily wind up winning only four or five. That's why I said I wasnt too concerned with wins this year(as long as we're competitive).
And as much as I like Weeden, the truth is he's still unproven. I know Cinci turned it around after drafting Dalton, but they also got Green for him to throw to.
Richardson should help our offense immensely though.
