Ok... I see that the in game updates were absent so we will go with a brief recap..

AAA Columbus loses 8-0 to Toledo.
Obviously the homer streak was snapped for Gimenez.
Mercado was HBP in the head & removed from the game. Since he was the DH, no major changes in the lineup.
Clippers win the series 4-2
Franmil Reyes is scheduled to being a rehab assignment with Columbus on Tuesday 6/22 so the loss of Mercado in the lineup should be lessened in the short term. Assuming Mercado is missing some time, it allows Daniel Johnson to get uninterrupted time in CF (instead of splitting CF reps with Mercado) & likely gives Nolan Jones more opportunities in RF.

AA Akron beats Bowie 3-2 in 10 innings
Engelmann had his 1st homer of the season on Sunday (an inside the park version). Monasterio hit his 1st homer of the season (traditional style) to account for RDucks scoring in the normal innings. A sac fly by Mike Riverain the 10th plated the winning run. RDucks were 0-9 with runners in scoring position during the game. Bowie Baysox went 0-8 with runners in scoring position.
Nick Micholajchak got his 5th save on the season going 1 inning & allowing only 1 walk (9 pitches, 3 strikes).
RDucks win the series 4-2 including the winning the final 3 games of the series in extra innings.

High A Lake County beats Western Michigan 3-0
Homer by Rocchio (#6) to give the Captains an early lead of 1-0. Mason Hickman & the bullpen made it hold up.
Captains pitching allowed only 5 hits in the game & no walks/ errors/ HBP while striking out 12 batters.
Captains win series 5-1

Low A Lynchburg loses 10-9 to Fredericksburg in 10 innings.
Hillcats were down 7-0 going into the 4th but rallied & were leading 9-7 entering the bottom of the 9th.
Josh Wolf struggled early but Jerson Ramirez (having a very good year so far) was roughed up in the 9th & 10th innings.
Hillcats win the series 4-2

On the day CLE affiliates go 2-2 with a run diff of -5
On the week the CLE affiliates go 17-7 with a run diff of +36

A good week for the affiliate group. Now to hope it continues moving forward.
