theres a writer in miami that wrote an article saying that since nash won the mvp it was racist. emplying that nash won because he is white.

That's retarded.

I hate when black folks get salty when the white guy wins and then they blame it on skin color.

The issue cleary isn't about race, it was the overall record. Nash and his teammates killed every single team in the league. He also made his teammates better, so Nash gets the nod.

As for LeBron, that will be the lowest he will ever be. Next year, LeBron is a top 3 MVP canidate.

I think Lebron's 6th place result was where it should be. I think Shaq should have gotten MVP, but I love the Suns so it's cool that Nash got it. Think Duncan should have been a little higher. Also why the huge gap between Iverson and Lebron...Sixers barely squeaked by us into the playoffs! Gah! Other than that, cool.

I agree that Nash deserved the MVP, because the Sun's were the best team and he made them what they are. Shaq was slightly unlucky to not get it, as he could claim to have improved Dwyane Wade, although that could just be Wade's natural talent. Stupid to call it racist, as Nash was the best this year

The gap between LeBron and Iverson is high as Iverson was great at both ends, LeBron not so.

Well, obviously LeBron doesnt diserve it if he cant take his team to the playoffs, but ya, it was either Nash or Shaq, both teams made there team #1 in there conference, but yeah, i'd pick Nash right now considering how he turned his team from 29 to 62 :)

This is what I thought it should be. The Suns got better by a combination of coaching and Nash, but man did they look bad with Nash out. Shap helped his team almost equally as much, but the first round of the playoffs proved they don't need him to be on in order to win. Yeah, the Suns have other pieces too, but Nash seems more vital for their success than Shaq is for the Heat.

The Spurs flat out proved they dont need Duncan to succeed, and Iverson carried his team. If the Cavs make the playoffs and the Sixers dont, you'd see Lebron where Iverson was

If the Cavs would of kept up their winning ways LeBron had a really strong case of maybe even winning MVP.
