Lethargic has been a term for the players not named Grady on this team.

I wonder what the new batting order will be with Marte and Choo and if it will give this team a spark for the rest of the season that they can use to build on for next year.

I hope in the offseason we can turn into buyers and trade prospects no longer in our plans like Garko, Frankie, and Snyder for some of the last few pieces like a slugging corner OF or a LH RP.

1 Choo 2 Sizemore 3 Marte 4 Hafner 5 Martinez 6 Peralta 7 Blake 8 Belliard 9 Whoever the other outfielder is..

That's what I'd go with anyway..

Grady batting second? I highly doubt we see that.

Batting 3rd would be his best position... But with already having a lefty in the 4 hole, it discounts that of ever happening..

1). Sizemore
2). Choo
3). Peralta
4). Hafner
5). Martinez
6). Marte
7). Blake
8). Shoppach
9). Michaels

Yea, these 3 straight 1 run games are definitely Red Bull substitutes !

Good call.

Our offense is stellar.

LePeep as always you come to great conclusions based on 2 games from a 162 game schedule and long before the players even settle in and adjust to life in the big city. No wonder you are wrong so often.

Not only that but no one said it would result in more runs, so there was no "call" to mock.

So wrong answer, try again another day and make sense next time.
