Oh, and I might grab an 8 gig touch if we ever get them in at work. After discount, it's probably worth it to me, anyways. I don't really need a cell phone, so there's no point in getting an IPhone.

It does. Pretty good quality too. You can export the photos to iPhoto and they come out high resolution (print quality)

I believe they have an Exclusive deal with AT&T for a certain amount of years. I can't tell you the exact length... I believe it's until 2009.

So it's either you sign with AT&T or hope you know someone who knows how to hack the iPhone.
