Interesting pick. Penix has a big injury history and will be 24 in like a week or so.

Can't say I can understand signing Cousins and committing huge money to him and also drafting a QB of the future at the same time.

No defensive players taken in the top 13 players, has that ever happened before?

Little dipshit Greeny just said no. He went to northwestern so I’m sure he isn’t wrong.

There’s going to be some insane defensive value had.

Come to daddy Michael Hall

It's just odd that this many QBs would be taken so high. I didn't think this QB class was really that good to warrant that.

Some of the QB rooms from the drafting teams are just awful so the need was there. That said, I agree, these QBs are not that good and it will be like a Paxton Lynch or Jake Locker situation for at least a couple of them.

Taking a mature, player like Penix at 8 to back up Cousins, knowing that you probably won't even have a first next year because of the tampering?

One of the dumbest moves in a long time.

Take a developmental QB to sit behind Cousins if you want. Don't blow the 8th pick on one.

Keep those OTs sliding, baby.
