smooth sometimes its something you cant control, its not like u can just stop doing crack if ur an addict.

I understand that it is hard to quit... But if you really wanted to do the right thing or realized what is going on, then he would make an effort to stop..

I also think it is a bad decision to start it at first.. Or get involved with the people who do this kind of stuff...

If you mean, Alcoholics Anonymous... I am in the same boat that you are in.. Some close family members have gone through rough times..

Like any addiction out there, you really have to just “let go.” You have to really want to change things. Family won’t change anything. It’s all about the addict. Once he/she is ready, he/she will quit… or at least make an effort.

I don’t expect Thurman to quit. He will either hide it better, or will be banned indefinitely.

I'm not trying to get into it or get sympathy,i was just lettin ya know.dont think i was trying to make u feel bad.ill give u a quick example,my mom had 5 years of being sober and went to meetings nightly.then bam she relapsed and those 5 years mean nothing now,now its like 8 months.

just an example i know personally,he needs support and if hes out there with addicts then he will not get that support which makes it only so much harder to get help.

Hes an unbelievable talent and i can only wish the best for him, whether he is on the bengals or not.hes an awesome player and i like watching him play.

Thurman is like Ray Lewis for the Benglas. He was becoming a leader. Odell got his team riled up. He could have been something great. Key word: COULD. Too bad that might not happen now.

Their Offense had Chad Johnson as their “badass.” Odell could have been their Defensive “badass.” Everyone loves badasses. They get you more nationally televised games. I mean, look at the Ravens. ESPN is still all over Ray Lewis’ jock for being a “badass” WHILE STILL BEING A GREAT TALENT.
