I was running this through my head and wanted to get other opinions on the player development and how it has looked so far and what can be done to help it even further.
I personally think Coach Scott has done very well in getting all the young guys needed playing time but not enough in the most important 2-3 last minutes of the 4th quarter.
This is where the heat and pressure really pickup and these guys need to know how to handle those critical situations. Some players are just hopeless like Hollins but I am refering more to the undrafted rookies and younger players.
We have already beat the issue of minutes for the young guys to death and we all agree the vets are playing to many minutes.
If I had to give a grade for the coaching staff in their efforts to teach all these youngsters I would say -B if you consider most of these guys would never touch the floor on most teams and probably be playing in the D league to develop.
