Playoff Game #5 | Cavs @ Pistons | 5/17/2006

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If we can take the Game 5 in enemy territory it will be a bombshell around the league.
With 'Sheed limping and Chauncey Billups once again blanketed by Eric Snow, Detroit mustered a lame 73 points and missed a golden opportunity to take command.
I smell fear :chuckles:

Folks
Today is a huge day for me, my lowly seeded Cavs are going head to head with The mighty Pistons and my gut feelings are telling me that we gonna win. I feel the same as I felt before game 4.

Now my mighty Arsenal are going head to head with Barcelona with Ronaldinho. All these game are soooooo HUUUGE to me, and I have no clue who is gonna win. I might be 2-0 or 0-2 at the end of the day.

The worst thing is I have to work from 2-11 PM, am gonna snitch in patients' rooms and watch both games, thats the plan so far, at least last 15 minutes of Champion League and 4th quarter of The Cavs-Pistons.

God bless Arsenal, God bless The Cavs.

i feel the same way... i feel a win tonight in my bones

who are the arsenal?

For some reason, I feel very confident about the chances of the Cavs winning this game..

It's a weird feeling,.. Just from the sense that the Cavs didn't dominate them here, but they beat them at their own game and showed they can compete with them...

I'm hoping by doing so, that gives the Cavs the confidence of beating Detroit..Knowing they can compete with them for 48 minutes is huge... And if the game is close at the end, our chances increase by 100000%..Considering we have the best closer in the business...

couldnt agree more

I started this series hoping to get one

now I have this quiet confidence that we are not only going ot compete but we are going to win this game

the whole world is against us but it doesnt matter

I truly believe we can win this game

Ankle Injury Limits 'Sheed
In THE DETROIT FREE PRESS, Chris Silva and Mark Snyder write that "Wallace didn't practice with the team Tuesday after he suffered a sprained right ankle in the second quarter of Monday's loss. Instead, he worked with strength and conditioning coach Arnie Kander, doing some light jogging, sprints and some 'workout stuff' as Wallace put it."

Alan Henderson or Stephen Graham (cause their expendable) should just go over to him in the pregame stretching and just stomp on it.. Kick the hell out of him..

Here....this will help you pass the time - http://www.nba.com/cavaliers/features/optimist_pistons_060517.html
Page down to the old cavs icon and click "Come on, Cavs". Turn up the volume and watch your co-workers burst out into dance....stare at the hot one. Repeat....

I believe most of us feel that if the cavs are going to win a game in detriot its going to be this game. As optimistic as I am i dont think the cavs can win a game 7 in detriot. I believe if the cavs are going to win this series they need to win tonight and they need to win in cleveland on friday. Whether sheed is playing or not doesnt matter he is obviously injured and every day that goes past he will heal that much more. If the cavs are goign to take a game in detriot I think it has to be this game.

From the very moment after game 4 up till now, I believe if detroit doesnt shoot lights out like in game 1 the cavs will win this game. The cavs are beating the pistons at their own game, and once the game gets to crunch time and close the cavs have the the ultimate trump card in lebron.

King James of England ruled from 1603-1625 and many "Dissenters" believed that, under his rule, the Anglican church was losing its order and becoming too "flashy." Most of these Dissenters were, in fact, Puritans. This dis-agreement among English citizen started a Civil War in England. The war was between these Dissenters and the supporters of King James. The King James supporters were called "Cavaliers."

Lets get it on, the adrenaline is pumping hard baby!!!
I can feel the steal.

**** YEAH GO MOTHER ****ING CAVS.

Arsenal is one of the biggest football (read: soccer) clubs in England and the world. They are a lot of fun to watch. Henry and Ronaldinho on the same field, awesome (the game is DVRed so don't tell me the score).

Any updates on Larry?

Go Cavs!
