Its hard to trade Qbs in FFB becuase everyone usually is content with their starter especially in 8/10 team leagues. But good luck now is the best time to sell high.
That's especially true right now. There's really solid depth at the QB position from a fantasy perspective, probably more than there has been in years. Guys like RGIII, Kaepernick, and Luck went in the middle or later rounds in a lot of drafts, and they all lit it up in week one. Even the middle-of-the-road QBs generally put up solid stat lines on a weekly basis.
After week one, I think the only impulse QB trade you could swing is for Peyton Manning, who basically won the game for every team that started him with a ludicrous fantasy performance and will undoubtedly regress to the mean. Other than that, unless you're in a really deep league and someone is starting a pile of hot garbage at QB, you probably won't find someone willing to trade a (more valuable) receiver or running back for your back-up QB.
