This was supposed to be the dress rehearsal and it was ugly, against Justin fields and the bears, not the 85 bears, why should some of us not criticize?

I agree with this but I’m confident in KS ability to scheme guys open and I think Jacoby can do enough to win games. Probably not going to put up any monster passing games but he can move the sticks.

I hope so.

I'm just not sure you can totally out personnel or our scheme a guy who is just wired to play horizontally.

Brissett's career YPA is 6.4. He is what he is at this point. He's a safe, limited QB who needs to see plays come open, doesn't look for anything too risky and isn't going to become more aggressive or more willing to take chances at this point in his career.

If it was really supposed to be the dress rehearsal Cooper, Bitonio, Conklin, Chubb, Hunt, Garrett, Clowney, Ward, and Newswome would have played

Minus Watson who obviously is his own unique distinction, those are literally our best and most important 9 players.

Minus Watson who obviously is his own unique distinction, those are literally our best and most important 9 players.

On top of that, there were quite a few guys on the first team defense who were very clearly not giving great effort either.

There were certainly a lot of "this game doesn't count, so I'm trying to not get hurt" vibes tonight from the first team defense.
