The Lakers would easily match that though. Oh well he can take the QO and sign with us in 2010. Then we still have enough sign a couple of decent players.

I'm cool with that. :chuckles:

:chuckles:

The Cavs aren't even close to being able to sign a big player next year. All the big contracts come off of the books in 2010. If AB really hates the Lakers we can offer him the MLE portion of the 17m/year hes looking for :chuckles:

wally? snow? av? laurenzo wright? thats about 28 mill off the books next year

we are like $30mil off the books & wally will most likely get traded especially with games like this! LA may just re-sign him anyway

We're also WAY over the cap this year, meaning that even though we have a lot of money coming off next year (at least as of now, if we don't trade our expirings this year, which may happen), we're still over for next year.

Mo didnt have a good game at all but boobie made up for it. I wish i could of freakin watched it but im hyped for tomorrows game.

Just looked at the box score on NBA.com. Surprised to see MB truly did go with a regular season rotaton...

I want Kinsey to play more. I just wanna see West start and Kinsey back up one game, with Pav being the 11th man. Just to see how it works.....

Mo actually had a great first half, where he went 4-4 from the field, for 13 points. After that, though, it all went downhill. Still, him and LeBron were doing great out there together in the first half.

The way I'm looking at it is like this:
Mo missed all 7 of his shots in the second half, lebron played only 25 mins and left midway through the 3rd quarter. We still won the game and again with a great 4th quarter offensive and defensive showing, WITHOUT lebron.

Philly had Brand, Iguadola, and Miller in the 4th quarter.

I know we had Z,Ben and Mo in the 4th as well but our main guy (Lebron) was on the bench. We still held them down defensively and got to our offense pretty nicely. I am impressed.

That was a more realistic rotation for the Cavs tonight, even with LeBron only playing 25 mins.

PHILADELPHIA -- LeBron James scored 20 points and had eight rebounds, four assists and four steals before sitting out the fourth quarter of the Cleveland Cavaliers' 91-83 win over the Philadelphia 76ers in a preseason game Tuesday night.

James' soaring slam dunk off an alley-oop pass from Ben Wallace late in the second period provided the game's highlight.

"When you have a guy like LeBron, he makes you look like a good passer," Wallace said.

Andre Iguodala had 19 points and Elton Brand 12 points and 13 rebounds for Philadelphia. The 76ers played without starting center Samuel Dalembert, who was sidelined with a sore right knee.

The 76ers led 75-71 with 9:26 to play, but Sasha Pavlovic sparked an 11-4 run by the Cavaliers, and his 3-point shot with 6:17 to go gave the Cavs an 80-77 edge.

Philadelphia closed to 82-79, but Cleveland scored seven straight points, with Daniel Gibson's 3-pointer pushing the lead to 89-79.

The Sixers went 0-for-9 from 3-point range.

"It was a tough game," 76ers coach Maurice Cheeks said. "The first half, they controlled the game. We couldn't score in the second half."

Dalembert also won't play in the 76ers' preseason finale on Wednesday at New Jersey.
