Just where was the aggressive King at the beginning of the game when he could have fired up the crowd and relaxed the rest of the team?

Very disappointing to see him dribble out the clock all game and chuck up bricks from the outside. Why wasn't he posting up more frequently?

As to playing with fire, Lebrons' tonight wouldn't have
earned a Boy Scout badge.

Unfortunately, it seems that this was actually Gasol and Rose's finest (2.5) hour.

The Imp has played his little trick. He won't be able to do it again (unless they stole the 2009 Orland Magic's mojo).

But the ridiculous Rose shots...the Pau Gasol 15 foot jumpers all night... hundreds of points will be scored.

One of the reasons I hated trading all our depth away to clear space.

I also don't like how we went away from our offense. Terrible plays. No plays run at all really. We hit our stride over a month ago, Bulls playing great now.

Trading what depth? If anything we gained what little depth we had when we traded Dion and scrubs for JR, Shump, and Moz.

If Smith had played, it would have been close but we may have eeked out a win.

If we had Love instead, it's an entirely different series altogether. I don't think these games are even close with him spreading the floor and providing another lethal scoring threat.

After watching that game the Love injury hurts even more. There's no question in my mind we could beat the Bulls if we had Love and Smith. Sadly I just don't think we have enough to win this series. The Bulls bench is leaps and bounds better than ours and that's before the injury and suspension.

At times we defended the pick and roll like it was the first time we'd ever seen it.

Slow rotations or get-backs are one thing, but being so far away from the shooter that closing out is impossible is impermissible.

One thing I noticed is LeBron had 3 jumpers in a row that went in and out. He loses his confidence with his jumper pretty easily and not getting one of those to go down was huge. I know people hate seeing LeBron shoot jumpers but hes gonna need to take and hit those jumpers to win this series. With the current spacing situation its unrealistic to expect him to post up or drive on 3 defenders waiting in the paint.

Kyrie should handle the ball because he can slice through the paint with ease. He just has to do a better job of looking for Bron on the cuts.
