I don't see him (Shumpert) hitting 4 threes in another game this series regardless of who covers him, but it's not as important once JR gets back.

And Pau is going to be a problem all series. Mozgov can't get out on him, so it has to be Tristan, and while Thompson is very valuable for his offensive rebounding and the fact that he can switch onto guards and hold his own, he tends to be out of position and he's not exactly the best one on one defender. Pau can still score on him effectively, not sure the Cavs have an answer for him.

As far as I knew the only rule was all teams had to wear White home unis other than the Lakers which were grandfathered into being allowed to wear yellow. I remember an article about Dan lobbying so the Cavs could get the same exception.

No idea if that carries over for the playoffs etc.

They're allowed alt unis.

The difference is that the Lakers official home jersey is a yellow jersey. The white is their alt.

*edit* Looks like the only official rule I can find is from like 2005. And it's that Home Jerseys have to be Light colored, and the visitors wear the Darker colored jerseys.

road teams that win game 1 of a semifinals win game two 37% of the times. The odds were very much in the Cavs favor to pick their game up while the road team typically has a let down.
Cavs need to at least split one of the next two games and take five to put the series odds back in their favor.

Overall good game. cant really rely on James jones to go 5 of 9 from three off the bench to pace bench scoring but JR will be back and Shumpert after these two starts should be playing with alot of confidence.

on another note. I am not sure why people are so angry with Chris Webber. II agree with him there are alot of cavs fans who didnt appreciate what Love did for this team and this is very evident in the Love thread itself but as someone on the radio said now its about Lebron playing the way he needs to instead of how he wants to and everything else will come together
but i am glad some on here got to state the obvious and pat themselves on the back for their awesome predictive powers

I believe that was the play where LeBron had the ball expecting Moz to roll to the basket but he stayed at 15' out or so.
